Import distributor bills from PDF, Excel or a photo

Pick the bill, check it, save it

1. Choose the distributor's bill: a PDF, an Excel file or a photo taken with your phone.
2. BommiSoft reads every line - medicine, batch, expiry, quantity and GST - and matches each one to the medicine in your stock.
3. You check what it found and save. Stock, batches and the supplier's dues update at once.

What is a "format"?

Every distributor prints its bill in its own layout - that layout is a format. BommiSoft learns each format once. Every plan reads one supplier's format free: the first distributor whose bill you import. If you buy from more distributors, add each one's format with a one-time payment and it stays yours.

Photos read on your own computer

A photo of a printed bill is read on your shop computer, without internet. Your purchase data is not sent anywhere.

Typing is always possible

Any purchase can still be entered by hand - for a distributor whose format you have not added, or for a handwritten bill.

After the bill: supplier dues and returns

Each supplier's dues update with every bill and payment. With Standard and Pro, near-expiry stock can be listed for return to the same supplier.
