When a supplier bill comes in, each batch is stored with its expiry date and price. You see stock by batch, not just by medicine - so you always know which strips go first.
The counter sells the right batch
At billing time BommiSoft picks the batch that expires first. If a batch has expired it simply cannot be billed - no manual checking, no mistakes on a busy evening.

Expiry lists show what expires in the next 30, 60 or 90 days. Send near-expiry stock back to the distributor while it can still be returned, instead of finding it on the shelf too late.

Can expired medicine be billed by mistake?
No. The counter picks the earliest-expiring batch first and refuses an expired batch.
How far ahead can I see expiring stock?
Expiry lists show what expires in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, so you can return it to the supplier in time.
Can you bring my existing stock with batches and expiry?
Yes. We import your medicines with stock, batches and expiry from Excel or your old software's reports when we install BommiSoft.
Do I have to type batch and expiry for every purchase?
No. Supplier bill import reads them from the distributor's PDF, Excel or a photo of the bill.
