In short: the business data you keep in BommiSoft stays on your computer. We only receive what you send us - through this website, a call or WhatsApp.

Who we are

BommiSoft ("we", "us") makes BommiSoft Pharmacy and BommiSoft Garments and runs this website, bommisoft.in. We work from Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. For any question about your information, call or WhatsApp +91 90926 46496.

Your data in our software

BommiSoft Pharmacy and BommiSoft Garments run on your own computer. Your bills, stock, customers, suppliers, orders, workers and reports are stored in a database on that computer and are not sent to us or to anyone else. The shop assistant in BommiSoft Pharmacy also works on your computer, without internet.

  • Backups are made on your computer, and copied to a pen drive or a Google Drive folder only if you choose to.
  • Messages such as WhatsApp bills or due reminders are sent from your own WhatsApp, to the people you choose.
  • When you ask us for help, we may look at your screen or a copy of your data, only with your permission and only to solve your problem.
  • When we install the software or move your old data in, we handle that data only for that job.

What this website collects

The website has two forms: Book a free demo and Get support. When you send one, we receive what you type in it - your name, mobile number, shop or company name, town, and your message (and your licence number, if you add it) - plus the page you sent it from.

We use this only to call or message you back about your demo or your support request. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.

Where it is kept

Form messages are held by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, until our office computer collects them (normally within minutes, and never longer than 90 days), and are then kept on that computer as part of our customer and support records.

Cookies and other services

  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this website has no analytics.
  • Your browser remembers which product you looked at (pharmacy or garments) for that visit only, so the page can show it first. This stays in your browser.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Videos, when shown, play from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. These services receive your browser's usual request details, such as your IP address.
  • Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent through this website or gave us as a customer. Call or WhatsApp +91 90926 46496 and we will do it, unless we must keep a record by law (for example GST invoices).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
