Terms of use

The simple rules for using BommiSoft software and this website. If anything is unclear, call or WhatsApp us before you buy.

1. The software

BommiSoft Pharmacy and BommiSoft Garments are made by BommiSoft, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. When you buy a plan you get a licence to use the software for your own business, on the number of computers or counters your plan and add-ons include. The software itself remains BommiSoft's; please do not copy, resell or share it.

2. Free trial

Every plan can be tried free for 30 days. Nothing is charged for the trial.

3. Plans and payment

  • Monthly and yearly plans include every update and support while they are active.
  • Lifetime plans are paid once and can be used for as long as you like. The first year of updates and support is included; after that, an optional yearly AMC keeps you on the newest version with support.
  • Prices on the website are before GST. GST is added to every invoice.
  • Add-ons, extra counters or computers and extra supplier bill formats are bought separately and stay part of your licence.

4. Refunds

If you are not happy with BommiSoft, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your payment. Call or WhatsApp +91 90926 46496. After the refund, the licence you paid for stops working; your data stays on your computer.

5. Renewals and your data

If a monthly or yearly plan is not renewed, the software keeps working fully for 7 more days and then becomes view-only: you can still see, print and export all your records, but not add new ones, until you renew. Your data is never deleted or locked away by us.

6. Installation and support

We install the software, move your data in and train your staff - free in and around Tiruppur, and free anywhere over a video call. If you want us to visit further away, we tell you the set-up charge before you buy. Support is by phone and WhatsApp.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Your data lives on your computer. Keep the automatic backups switched on and copy them to a pen drive or cloud folder regularly.
  • BommiSoft helps you prepare GST bills, returns and export documents, but you and your auditor remain responsible for what is filed.
  • The shop assistant in BommiSoft Pharmacy answers from your shop's data. It does not give medical advice, and medicines must be dispensed under the rules that apply to your shop.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep BommiSoft correct and reliable, and we fix problems you report. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data that was not backed up. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the software in the 12 months before the claim.

9. This website

Prices, offers and features on bommisoft.in can change. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you when you buy. See our privacy policy for how we handle the information you send through the website.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
