Every order on the floor, by stage

See each order's pieces at cutting, stitching, checking, ironing and packing. Orders running late against their ship date are marked in red, so you move people before the buyer calls.

Entered from the supervisor's phone

Supervisors enter pieces by order, stage and worker on a simple phone screen over the factory Wi-Fi. No internet needed - and the office sees the numbers at once.

Wages from the same entries

Piece-rate wages are worked out from the pieces each worker entered. Add attendance and daily-wage workers, and pay everyone in one go.

Packed pieces become stock

When pieces are packed they go into finished stock against the order, ready for the packing list and the invoice.
